About the Studio

​

What are your studio rules?

​

  • All riders must sign (in person or electronically) a waiver prior to booking their ride.  You will NOT be able to book your ride or participate if you do not sign and acknowledge understanding of the waiver.

  • You must check-in to your booked class when you arrive at the studio prior to the class start time.  You can check in at the counter or online.

  • If you’re running late, you may utilize our digital check-in option to hold your bike. In the event that you cannot check in online, please call the studio and let us know that you’re on your way.

  • Riders who are more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted into class.

  • If you can’t make class, you may cancel your reservation and return it to your account. We do allow a one-time courtesy no-show or late cancellation; however, after that, you must cancel 2 hours before class; there is NO REFUND if you cancel after the 2-hour window, and you lose a class credit.

  • We are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen at our studios.

  • If a rider is planning on leaving class early, we ask that they please tell the Instructor ahead of time.

  • Please put  your cell phone on vibrate or silent. In the event of an emergency we ask that you let the studio crew know and they will notify you of any urgent messages. 

  • All are welcome here. Please treat your neighbor to the left and to the right of you with respect. Treat our instructor and studio crew the way you would like others to treat you. We have the right to refuse service to anyone who is not able to adhere to this rule!

  • Pets are not allowed in the studio.

 

How old do I have to be to ride at Simply Cycle?

​

At least 18 years of age.

 

Do you have a place where my child can sit in the studio?

​

No, unfortunately, children are not allowed to sit in the studio.  Due to the small space, we do not have a seating area.

 

Is there a place I can leave my belongings?

​

Due to our small space we ask that large personal items remain locked in your vehicle, we do have small cubbies in the studio that can hold handbags, wallets and keys, please be mindful these are not lockers.

 

Do you have changing/locker rooms?

​

No, we do not, there is a public restroom at market five near the parking lot if you need a space to change into your workout gear.

Is water provided?

​

We sell bottled water, protein bars, mini snack bars, and other miscellaneous items and snacks.

About booking my ride

 

How do I book a class?

​

You can easily book into any class by logging into our website and going to the book a class tab.

 

Do I have to create a membership account?

​

Yes. Creating an account offers a seamless way to update your contact information, keep track of your rides, your purchases, challenges, milestones, birthday celebrations and so much more. Adult riders can create an account online or in-studio. Currently, we do not allow riders under 18.

 

What options do I have for booking a class?

​

We have single drop in classes and 4, 8, & 12 pack classes at a discounted rate.  If your day is booked please add your name to the waitlist or choose another available day. 

​

Do you accept Walk in's/Drop in's

​

Yes we do! As long as a bike is available.  Please note most members book ahead, however walk in's and in person payment may be accepted as long as a bike is available.  Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class to see if there is space available.  If not please feel free to book the next available open bike while you are there!

 

What is your cancellation policy?

​

You must cancel 2 hours before class to allow riders on the waitlist to take the space. We do allow a one-time courtesy no-show or late cancellation; however, after that, a ride credit will be taken, and no refund will be given.

 

What is your refund policy?

​

Class Sessions/Rides are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Packages are good for 1 year after that you must purchase a new package, rides do not carry over after 12 months and there is no refund on rides not used.  

 

What if the class I want is full?

​

Join our waitlist! By doing so, you agree to take class should you get in and may receive notice via email as late as 1 hour before the class start time. However, we will notify you as early as possible if a spot becomes available.  Also, adding your name to the waitlist lets us know if we need to add more classes!

 

How will I be contacted if my name is pulled from the waitlist and added to a class?

​

Via email and Text message, By adding yourself to the waitlist, you are agreeing that you can take class should you get in and may receive notice via email and text as late as 1 hour before the class start time

 

 

About my ride

​

What should I bring to class?

​

Water and a positive attitude!  You can also bring a towel if you like, you will break a sweat!

 

How early should I arrive?

​

If it's your first time with us, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class. If you are running late, please give us a call. Once class has started, we can let riders into class up to 10 minutes late.  If you are a regular member, please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of class.

 

How does it work when I get to Simply Cycle?

​

When you arrive at the studio, check in at the counter. The studio crew or instructor will help you check in for your bike. If this is your first time riding with us, someone will help set up your bike with you.

 

Can I choose my own spot in the class?

​

Our studio has 10 bikes, and it is 1st come, 1st serve. Choose wherever you would like to ride and whatever bike is available!

​

What if I am late for class?

​

We understand that things come up. Please note that a 10-minute grace period is given; the class will be going,, but you can hop on your bike and join in. However, we ask that if the session has started and it is beyond 10 minutes, you do not interrupt the class and use your booking for another day.  Please be careful entering after class has started.

What if I can't do everything in the class? I haven't worked out in a while.

​

At Simply Cycle we like to call ourselves the “Planet Fitness” of cycling, meaning all fitness levels, shapes and sizes are welcome.  One of the best things about indoor cycling is that it can be adjusted to each riders ability. With every class comes increased confidence, endurance and strength, so we encourage everyone to go at their pace and push yourself when ready! We are in this together, you will not be left behind!

What type of bikes do you have?

​

Star Trac Spinner NXT Generation 1 and holds up to 350LBS

​

Do I need cycle shoes?

​

No not at all!  Our bikes have double-sided pedals, so wear your sneakers!  If you do have cycle shoes our pedals are compatible with SPD Clips;

​

Do you offer private rides/private parties?

​

Yes, please visit our website and click on the contact us page, in the drop-down menu select “I would like to speak to someone about private party rentals.”

​

What type of music will be played for the ride?

​

Simply Cycle plays all types of music for the rides. Some are listed in the booking calendar, and some are considered find out and vibe out when you get there.

Can I use my class pack ride for special ticketed events?

 

No, special ticketed events, require a separate registration, however depending on the type of event simply cycle members may receive an additional discount. 

 

General snapshot bullet points and reiterations:

​

  • All classes and retail sales are final with no refunds.

  • All participants MUST sign a waiver, no waiver no ride.

  • No extensions on package expiration dates.

  • Classes, packages, or accounts are not interchangeable between clients..

  • Our studios sell bottled water, protein bars, mini snack bars, and other miscellaneous items and snacks.

  • Our classes start on time. Clients will be allowed a 10 minute grace period to enter into the class once the doors have closed and the class has begun. Please be careful entering after class has started.

  • All class cancellations due to inclement weather will be announced via social media, text message and email.
